Required Information
  • Letter of Authorization (LOA) dated within the last 30 days
    1. For Mobile Phone Numbers, CAAA form and MNP template are required
    2. For Geographic and Toll Free Phone Numbers, Ask Authorization Form to support team
  • For Geographic numbers only, confirm the category of the desired port:
    1. CAT A (simple port). Confirm with your current service provider that your phone numbers have no attached complex services.
    2. CAT C (complex port). Attached complex services (e.g., ISDN, Line Hunt, etc.) will be cancelled during porting.
  • Copy of your most recent phone bill (last 30 days)
TimeframeFor Toll Free and Geographic (local) numbers, up to 6 weeks after documentation submission, depending on the complexity of the port and the time required by the current service provider.

For Mobile numbers, the port completion takes roughly around 1 week.
