We have released Power Dialer to general availability on the Calilio Premium plan. Power Dialer is built for outbound sales teams that need to maintain a high contact rate without manually dialling each prospect.
What Power Dialer does
Power Dialer takes a list of contacts (uploaded as a CSV or pulled live from a CRM integration) and automatically dials each number in sequence. When a call disconnects with a busy signal, a voicemail bot, or a confirmed dead number, the system skips to the next contact within seconds.
The agent only hears connected calls. Time-to-first-conversation drops by roughly half compared to manual dialling, and reps spend more time talking and less time triaging dead leads.
Who it is for
Power Dialer is available now on the Premium plan. Standard customers can upgrade in-app or contact sales to enable it on a trial basis.
The feature is most useful for teams running structured outbound motions — SDR teams, real-estate prospecting, recruiting outreach, and field-service appointment confirmations. Teams primarily handling inbound calls will not see the same lift.
How to start
Open the Calilio dashboard, navigate to Dialer in the left rail, and select Power Dialer. Upload a CSV of contacts (we accept name, phone number, and optional notes columns) or connect a CRM and select a saved view. The first 100 calls are free; standard per-minute rates apply after that.
What is next
The next Power Dialer iteration adds local presence number rotation (calls from a number matching the recipient's area code) and a built-in disposition picker so reps can tag every call without leaving the dialer interface. We expect that release in the next month.
