How to Share Your Business Phone Number with Multiple Agents?

You first sign up for Calilio and then get a virtual phone number or port your existing one to the phone system. You then go to Members from the Settings, and Invite Members with their email. Once you’ve added the members, you can assign them the number—you can assign the same number to multiple members.

Sign up for Calilio and log in to access the dashboard.

Go to My Numbers from the Settings.

Step 3

Click Purchase Number to get a virtual number or Port Existing.

Step 4

Once your number is activated, go to Members from the Settings.

Step 5

Invite Members via email with a role (Admin or Member).

Step 6

Click the three-dot ⋮ beside a member and assign a number.

Step 7

You can assign the number to multiple members.
