How to Set Up Voicemail on Calilio?

You sign up for Calilio and purchase or port your number to our business phone system. You can enable voicemail service for that phone number directly from the dashboard.

Step 1

Create your Calilio account and access the dashboard.

Step 2

Purchase a new virtual number or port your existing one.

Step 3

Go to Settings > My Numbers and select the number to enable voicemail.

Step 4

Scroll to Audio & Voicemail, and toggle on the Voicemail option.

Step 5

Upload your voicemail greeting that your caller hears before leaving a voicemail.

Step 6

You can now receive voicemails from your callers — access them from the callbox.
